Spanning 200 acres with over 20,000 trees across five carefully selected varieties — *Hass, Booth 7, Vietnamese 034, Amara, and Buccaneer* — the farm is cultivated using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, harvested annually from November to January, and operated to GlobalG.A.P., Myanmar G.A.P, and HACCP-certified standards from orchard to export.  ## The heart behind the harvest **Dr. Aung Ko Ko** began not as a farmer, but as a physician — quietly serving patients in Myanmar and the United Kingdom, one consultation at a time. After years of medical practice and building a specialty coffee business that brought Myanmar's finest beans to the world, he found himself asking a bigger question: how do you improve the health of an entire community, not just one patient? The answer led him to the highlands of Pyin Oo Lwin, where he founded MayMyoAvocado — not out of ambition, but out of purpose.
